The Bid Pipeline

Marketing for Commercial Trade Contractors

More qualified bid requests from general contractors and property owners in your service area, month after month. And we only work with one scaffolding company per market.

From $3,500 a month. Month to month, no long-term contract. You own everything we build.

Quick answer

What does Cadyen do for commercial trade contractors?

Cadyen runs marketing for commercial trade contractors so general contractors, project managers and property owners find and contact them directly. The offer is called The Bid Pipeline and it starts at $3,500 a month, month to month. Cadyen takes only one scaffolding company per market and never a second within 150 miles of an existing client. Cadyen is not a lead vendor and does not sell or resell leads.

The proof

Scaffold Solutions Unlimited is number one in Kern County and climbing in Los Angeles

They came to us after a previous agency left them with months of reports and nothing to show. We rebuilt the search side from the ground up and took over the ads. They now rank first in their home county, they are climbing across Los Angeles and Southern California, and they started getting more calls and online estimate requests immediately after the work went live.

Because we only take one scaffolding company per market, nobody we speak to competes with them. Ask us and we will put you in touch.

“We're very happy with Cadyen. I couldn't recommend them more.”

One scaffolding company per market

This is not a scarcity trick. It follows from how the trade works. A scaffolding company sells inside roughly a 150 mile radius of its yard, because past that the cost of moving inventory eats the job. We use that same radius, so two of our clients can never end up bidding the same work.

Southern California and the Central Valley are closed. Scaffold Solutions Unlimited holds them. Every other market in the country is open, to exactly one company.

Other commercial trades are not affected by the rule. A concrete or restoration contractor does not compete with a scaffolding company, so we take that work anywhere, including here in Southern California.

What sits underneath it

Seven parts, one outcome. You are buying bid requests. These are how they get produced.

Google Ads

Catches the GC or project manager searching right now, with a job already scoped.

Local SEO

Owns the searches inside your yard radius, so work keeps coming without paying per click.

Google Business Profile

Wins the map pack, which is what a project manager on a phone actually looks at.

Service and city pages

Scaffolding and shoring on a mid-rise are different searches. Each gets its own page.

Conversion and call tracking

Ties every call and form back to its source, so renewal is a numbers conversation.

Remarketing

Stays in front of the estimator across the weeks between first search and bid award.

Reputation and reviews

Builds the proof a GC checks before putting you on a bid list.

Trades we work with

Scaffolding is the wedge. The trades next to it sell to the same buyer, so the same approach carries.

Common questions

What does The Bid Pipeline cost?

It starts at $3,500 a month, month to month, with no long-term contract. That is above our home services pricing because the work is different: more markets, longer sales cycles, and buyers who take weeks rather than minutes to decide.

Why only one scaffolding company per market?

Because scaffolding sells inside roughly a 150 mile radius of the yard, past which moving inventory stops being profitable. Two clients defined by that radius can never bid the same job, so the promise is real rather than a sales tactic. Southern California and the Central Valley are already taken.

Do you work with commercial trades outside California?

Yes. Scaffolding is national, one company per market. Other commercial trades including concrete, restoration and masonry are open across the country, with Southern California as our home market.

How is this different from your home services work?

The delivery overlaps. The positioning does not. A homeowner picks the first company that answers. A general contractor picks a sub he has heard of, seen the work of, and can defend to the owner. The second one takes longer and is worth more.

Does Cadyen sell leads?

No. We are not a lead vendor and we do not resell enquiries. We run your marketing so bid requests arrive at your business directly, and the demand we build belongs to you.
